The staff impressed me with their kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Amy was diligent in ensuring I received the room requested for my father's accessibility needs, which made the experience much easier for us.

The hotel had its ups and downs. the room was reasonably clean and the staff showed genuine care when helping with my situation. However, I dealt with some unpleasant odors and unprofessional service from certain employees. Overall, I'd say there's potential, but improvements are desperately needed.

I had a great two-night stay in a comfy room with two double beds, and I loved being able to bring my dog along. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and it was nice to hang out on the sun terrace. The only downside was some minor noise from the freeway, but it didn’t bother me much. 🌞

My kids wished the pool would have been open during our stay. It would have been great if there was better communication about facilities for families planning their activities.

the red roof inn is a great place to stay! the location is perfect for visiting saguaro national park. the property looks nice and is very clean. i really appreciated the friendly staff, especially from the front desk. they made our stay memorable.

The room was clean with AC already on. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom featured a roll-in shower and toilet with grab rails, making it accessible. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch too. Staff was always polite and helpful. Great value for the price!

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed the courses at the Tucson National Golf Club and spent a day at the Breakers Waterpark. The staff was fantastic, making our stay really comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

The only downside was the sticky floors in our room, which wasn't ideal, but it didn't ruin our trip.

A lack of basic amenities like a microwave and coffee pot in the room felt a bit disappointing, especially since the upgrade costs weren’t clearly outlined beforehand. Low water pressure in the shower annoyed me, and the water temperature had a stop in the dial that prevented it from getting hotter. The cleaning service primarily focused on sheets and trash, neglecting basic bathroom upkeep like sweeping or mopping, which could definitely be improved.
